About the Internship

This is a six-month, in-office B2B sales internship based in Mohali, Punjab. The role offers a monthly stipend of INR 15,000 along with performance-linked incentives. Interns who perform well may be considered for a pre-placement offer with an annual package of up to INR 4.5 LPA, plus incentives.

The workplace is located in Sector 82, JLPL Industrial Area, Mohali, and the working schedule is 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, five days a week.

Role Overview

The company is looking for an energetic and driven intern to support B2B sales activities, lead generation, and relationship management in a fast-paced business environment. This position is designed to provide practical exposure to sales processes, partner outreach, and target-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find and assess potential franchise partners.
  • Research the market and help develop a strong sales pipeline.
  • Connect with prospects through calls, product demos, and presentations.
  • Assist in negotiating deals and moving opportunities toward closure.
  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with franchise partners.
  • Record and monitor sales progress using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with team leads to achieve monthly sales targets.

Stipend and Growth Opportunity

The internship pays INR 15,000 per month for the full six-month term, with the possibility of earning performance-based incentives. If the intern transitions into a permanent role, the expected salary range is INR 4,00,000 to INR 4,50,000 per year, plus incentives.

Working Conditions

The internship follows a fixed schedule from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.
