Job description

About the Company

MSIT is a hands-on educational research lab building the future of learning — a KI-native organization designed to unlock human potential at scale. The focus is not simply to deliver education, but to create systems that reshape how people connect with opportunity by aligning learners, employers, and institutions around outcomes that truly matter.

About the Role

This position is responsible for creating and expanding MSIT’s corporate partnerships. It is not a conventional sales role. The core of the job is understanding how organizations make talent-related decisions: what motivates them to invest in people, what barriers they face, and how learning and training can be tied to measurable business outcomes.

You will work directly with companies to uncover skill gaps, design upskilling pathways, and turn those opportunities into long-term partnerships. Ownership spans the full process from the first conversation through successful delivery and growth, while also scaling proven approaches to unlock further expansion by helping employers access workforce-development opportunities, including public funding mechanisms.

What You Will Do

  • Own the complete lifecycle of partnership initiatives, from initial outreach and conversation through implementation and ongoing growth.
  • Partner with HR, L&D, and leadership stakeholders to identify workforce development needs and help employees access subsidized training options.
  • Guide companies through complex administrative and decision-making processes related to training and workforce development programs.
  • Convert partnerships into real opportunities for learners, including career development pathways and entry opportunities.
  • Position MSIT as a long-term talent-development partner rather than a one-off training vendor.
  • Work across multiple stakeholders inside organizations and align incentives, priorities, and decision criteria.
  • Structure partnerships so that business goals, learning outcomes, and external program requirements all fit together.
  • Support companies through demanding decisions around education investment and workforce upskilling.
  • Build repeatable methods for sourcing, qualifying, and converting leads.
  • Identify what makes successful partnerships work and translate those patterns into scalable systems.
  • Continuously refine messaging, positioning, and outreach based on what performs well in the market.
  • Help partners secure relevant public funding for workforce-development initiatives so programs remain accessible and scalable.
  • Deepen partnerships over time through trust and demonstrated results.

What We’re Looking For

  • The ability to connect business problems with learning or upskilling solutions.
  • A structured, systems-oriented approach to building pipelines and closing deals.
  • Experience working with public institutions such as the Agentur für Arbeit.
  • Demonstrated success helping companies access public funding for education and workforce development.
  • Based in Berlin.
  • Strong ownership and initiative: you do not wait for a playbook, but create clarity where none exists.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.

Additional Information

This role is based in Berlin and is an on-site full-time position. No stipend or salary details were provided in the source. The company description and role focus indicate a partnership-led growth function centered on workforce development, public funding access, and long-term employer relationships.
