The job blends strategic planning with hands-on delivery across demand generation, account-based marketing, and sales support. It is a highly cross-functional role where marketing efforts are directly linked to commercial outcomes. You will also help refine value propositions and maintain consistent messaging across all B2B customer touchpoints.
Key accountabilities
- Create and implement quarterly and annual B2B marketing plans that support sales goals and pipeline needs.
- Build and run integrated demand generation initiatives across digital channels, webinars, events, and account-based marketing.
- Work closely with Sales to align messaging, define target accounts, and support pipeline acceleration.
- Develop positioning, messaging structures, and value propositions tailored to healthcare B2B audiences.
- Produce and update sales enablement materials, including decks, case studies, pitch collateral, and product marketing content.
- Partner with digital marketing teams to improve lead generation, nurturing flows, and conversion rates.
- Set KPIs, measure campaign performance, and communicate results tied to pipeline impact, ROI, and overall marketing contribution.
- Use market feedback and performance data to keep refining programs and improving outcomes.

- Hands-on experience in positioning, message development, and go-to-market planning.
- Proven success working with sales teams and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience executing demand generation, account-based marketing, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Ability to analyze performance data, monitor KPIs, and improve results based on insights.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial understanding of sales cycles and customer decision-making journeys.
