Job description
Job Purpose
This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end administrative and operational assistance to the Asset Management function at FAB, helping teams and leaders run their day-to-day work efficiently. It includes managing office coordination, documentation, and communication processes so business activities move forward smoothly.
The position also supports vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and procurement tasks connected to offices and premises, ensuring these activities follow FAB Asset Management procedures.
Key Accountabilities
- Keep administrative work organized, accurate, and delivered on time while working with both internal teams and external partners.
- Handle administrative tasks in a structured way that aligns with compliance and timely execution requirements.
- Use strong communication and coordination abilities to assist cross-functional stakeholders and teams.
- Take care of everyday office administration such as scheduling, document filing, and correspondence.
- Assist with procurement activities, vendor setup/onboarding, and payment-related requests.
- Arrange travel, track expenses, and provide support for executive-level administrative needs.
- Maintain complete and accurate records.
Qualifications & Experience
The role calls for experience in administrative coordination, office logistics, internal reporting and communication, and vendor/facilities support.
Candidates should have 7+ years of experience.
