Job description
Role Overview
This position involves producing precise, well-coordinated 2D technical drawings for luxury residential interior fit-out projects. The drafter will translate approved design concepts into execution-ready drawings while keeping them aligned with company standards, project requirements, local regulations, and quality benchmarks.
Collaboration
The role requires regular coordination with Relationship Managers, Interior Designers, 3D Visualizers, FF&E Designers, Procurement teams, Site Engineers, and Project Managers to make sure all drawings are technically accurate, properly coordinated, and delivered according to project schedules.
