Experience needed
Applicants should bring 3 to 5 years of overall Atlassian experience, including at least 2 years managing Jira Cloud and 2 years handling Jira Service Management administration. A solid grasp of Atlassian governance and recommended practices is expected.
Core technical background
The position calls for practical expertise in Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence, Rovo, and related Atlassian tools. Workflow automation experience is important, along with the ability to work confidently in a governed Atlassian environment.
Preferred knowledge
Helpful additions include Atlassian certifications such as ACP-120, ACP-100, ACP-400, or ACP-300. Experience with ScriptRunner, Groovy, Nunjucks, Jira expressions, REST API-based integrations, and third-party automation tools such as Automation for Jira and JMWE will be an advantage. Okta administration exposure is also preferred.
Communication and workplace fit
Good communication skills are required. Zensar describes its culture as experience-led and values inclusion, growth, ownership, and client focus. The organization is part of the RPG Group and operates across more than 30 global locations with over 10,000 people.
