Job description
Role overview
Private Wealth Management (PWM) supports high net worth individuals, their families, family offices, and foundations by helping them grow and protect wealth through long-term asset allocation, tailored investment strategies, and access to a broad range of wealth management products and services. This includes private banking and trust company services.
As a Talent Strategy Associate in PWM, you will help shape and deliver the people agenda by attracting, developing, and retaining talented and diverse teams. The role sits within a function that supports the business’s commercial objectives through people-focused strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to projects aligned with people strategy priorities, such as onboarding and integration, learning and development, recognition and progression, culture initiatives, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Work alongside PWM leadership, Human Capital Management, and other teams across all levels to move talent initiatives from concept through execution.
- Review and interpret workforce data to spot and measure strategic opportunities.
- Track project progress, including deliverables, risks, issues, decisions, cross-functional dependencies, and interim milestones.
- Support the design and rollout of training and development programs, including hands-on coordination during program delivery.
- Coordinate presenters, communications, and event logistics for programs.
- Collaborate with regional management teams, working groups, and program champions to identify and approve presenters.
- Check speaker availability and organize preparation calls and supporting materials.
- Keep agendas current and distribute program communications.
- Maintain the Confluence site with materials, recorded sessions, and resources.
- Work with the Services team to ensure smooth logistics for in-person programming.
- Represent the region within the global Talent Strategy team and help ensure regional execution stays aligned with global priorities.
- Support additional ad hoc Talent Strategy initiatives as business requirements change.
Candidate profile
The role calls for a professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience who can work independently, take ownership, and manage projects with confidence. Prior exposure to HR functions is helpful but not mandatory.
You should be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, building relationships across teams, and operating with strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. The position also requires the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive priorities, work with people data, and produce polished presentations.
