Job description

About Analog Devices

Analog Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADI) is a worldwide semiconductor company that connects the physical and digital worlds through technologies that support innovation at the Intelligent Edge. Its solutions combine analog, digital, AI, and software capabilities to help address climate change and to improve automation, robotics, mobility, healthcare, energy, and data center applications. With revenue above $11 billion in FY25, the company positions itself as enabling innovators to stay ahead of what is possible.

About the Role

The organization is looking for a Technical Sourcer who will contribute to the company’s expansion by finding and engaging high-caliber external talent, building pipelines for strategic growth areas, and supplying strong candidates for technical openings across multiple business units and functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and run advanced sourcing approaches to create strong pipelines of passive candidates for difficult and business-critical positions, using modern tools and methods.
  • Carry out research, referral generation, and targeted sourcing campaigns within internal systems to support ongoing talent pipelines.
  • Identify candidate motivations and profiles so prospects can better understand the opportunity and feel connected to the hiring journey.
  • Bring talent acquisition insight into business-level discussions, shape hiring choices, and share market data along with competitive hiring intelligence.
  • Support diversity and inclusion goals by using sourcing methods that widen candidate pools and improve representation across the organization.
  • Use inventive outreach through channels such as LinkedIn, social networks, and professional connections to turn promising prospects into active candidates.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong command of Boolean search, talent mapping, and persona building for hard-to-find technical talent.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and labor-market information to guide sourcing strategy.
  • Capability to design personalized, candidate-friendly recruitment experiences that improve conversion from passive interest to application.
  • Confident communication skills for influencing stakeholders and explaining talent acquisition concepts clearly.
  • Relationship management skills to build and sustain candidate networks and communities.
  • Problem-solving ability to tackle complex sourcing challenges across different roles, markets, and business units.

Preferred Education and Experience

A bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience, is preferred. The role calls for at least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in sourcing or recruiting technical professionals. Experience in the technology, semiconductor, or similar industries is helpful but not mandatory.

Export Licensing Notice

For roles that involve access to technical data, the company may need to secure export licensing approval from U.S. authorities, including the Bureau of Industry and Security or the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Applicants other than U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, and protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) may need to complete an export licensing review.

Equal Opportunity Statement

The company maintains an equal opportunity hiring policy and aims to create an environment where people can succeed regardless of race, color, religion, age, ancestry, national origin, social or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, pregnancy, parental status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, military or veteran status, union membership, political affiliation, or any other protected status.

Role Details

This is an experienced-level position. The role includes travel of up to 10% and follows a first-shift daytime schedule.
