Team overview

You will join the Fulfilment and Demand team, which is responsible for growing Grab’s Singapore Mobility business, including services such as JustGrab, GrabCar, and GrabCar Premium. The team shapes strategy across demand, supply, pricing, and marketplace performance, while also driving product launches and special projects.

The team’s projects typically require structured problem-solving, deep analysis of large datasets, and the ability to turn findings into practical, high-impact business actions.

Role overview

This position is based onsite at the Grab One North office in Singapore and reports to the Manager, Fulfilment & Demand, Transport.

What you will do

  • Combine strategic thinking and analytical methods to generate business insights and recommendations that stakeholders can act on, including areas such as customer segmentation, demand and supply strategy, and channel strategy.
  • Analyze marketplace challenges such as demand, supply, and pricing in order to improve outcomes tied to revenue, profitability, and service health.
  • Drive special projects from start to finish, using skills in problem framing, analysis, project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Partner with the team to solve critical business issues through disciplined analysis and thoughtful balancing of big-picture goals with operational realities.
  • Deliver initiatives while considering cross-functional needs such as operations, marketing and communications, driver-partner relations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with Product, Regional Strategy, Partner Operations, and Marketing teams to execute initiatives with meaningful business impact.

What we are looking for

We are seeking someone with a bachelor’s degree and strong analytical and business thinking skills. Experience in consulting, strategy, analytics, or business intelligence is helpful, particularly in technology-driven companies. You should be comfortable working with data, presenting findings clearly, and collaborating across functions to solve complex problems.

Skills and tools

Strong Excel and data analysis capability are important, along with clear storytelling in PowerPoint. Basic SQL knowledge is required, and Python would be an advantage. You should also be able to identify root causes, think creatively, and shift quickly between long-term planning and immediate execution.
