Job description

About the Company

Beast Industries is a global media and entertainment company built by Jimmy Donaldson, known worldwide as MrBeast. The business has grown beyond digital video into a broader platform spanning media, philanthropy, consumer products, and new venture ideas. Its core focus is to entertain, motivate, and generate meaningful social impact through creative, high-impact work.

Role Summary

As Associate, Strategic Finance, you will help strengthen the planning, reporting, and analytics foundation that supports business decisions across the organization. This role sits at the center of growth, strategy, and performance, and works closely with Finance, Operations, and executive leadership to convert company priorities into clear financial plans.

The position is best suited for someone who enjoys solving unclear problems, building processes from the ground up, and supporting decisions that influence the direction of a fast-moving business.

What You Will Do

  • Take ownership of the strategic finance cadence, including annual planning, forecasting, monthly business reviews, and long-range planning models.
  • Work with business and finance partners to build budgets and monitor performance across revenue and operating expenses.
  • Strengthen forecasting quality and visibility by improving models and the processes that support them.
  • Develop financial structures that connect investment choices to broader strategic goals.
  • Prepare polished, executive-level reporting and analysis, including materials for board and investor audiences.
  • Create and improve dashboards, planning tools, and related systems that enable faster decision-making.
  • Help resolve planning issues that cut across functions and connect strategic objectives with financial execution.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis for new initiatives, business cases, and changes in operating direction.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 4 years of experience in strategic planning, preferably in a high-growth or consumer-focused business; early exposure to investment banking and/or consulting is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience managing financial planning processes in fast-changing, dynamic environments.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capability, with the ability to turn complex data into practical recommendations.
  • Proven success working across teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leaders.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain financial topics in simple terms to non-finance audiences.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create structure in evolving situations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a closely related discipline.

Compensation

The expected total compensation is between $135,700 and $170,200. This includes a fixed annual salary of $118,000 to $148,000, an employee equity grant, a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Equity grants are provided in good faith and remain subject to company policy, board approval, and individual eligibility.

Benefits and Perks

  • Competitive pay
  • Medical coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield, along with dental and vision insurance, plus company-paid life insurance
  • Company contributions toward Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
  • 401(k) plan with Safe Harbor matching contributions
  • Flexible vacation policy and paid company holidays
  • Company-issued technology package
  • Relocation support when applicable, including travel and company-paid housing for the first 90 days
