Job description
Role overview
This position is for a Recruitment Consultant focused on building a career in sales-led recruitment. The role supports the company’s sustainability staffing business and is aimed at candidates who want to develop in a merit-based environment. The business was founded in 2010 and has grown to 11 offices and more than 300 employees worldwide, with many senior leaders having started as Associate Consultants without prior experience.
Immediate start and eligibility
The hiring team is interviewing immediately, so applicants must already hold current and permanent right to work in Singapore. The role also requires the ability to communicate in Mandarin.
Training and development
Successful hires receive full training delivered both internally and externally. This includes support toward a CEI professional licence, a 12-week academy covering candidate and client management, classroom-based learning, online modules, and practical return-to-desk follow-ups. Additional support is provided during the first three months, along with ongoing development.
Responsibilities
- Find, approach, and assess candidates using a range of sourcing channels.
- Develop business through warm outreach, lead generation, and relationship management with key clients.
- Build networks and attend events relevant to the industry.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and quarterly activity and sales goals.
Candidate profile
This is a sales-oriented recruitment role rather than an internal HR or talent acquisition position. The employer is open to graduates, applicants with relevant sales backgrounds, or people with up to less than two years of recruitment experience. They are looking for individuals who are driven, detail-focused, persistent, resilient, curious, and motivated by growth and self-improvement.
What the employer offers
The benefits package includes healthcare coverage, a paid birthday day off, four volunteer days, flexible working hours, and a work-from-home arrangement of one day per week depending on performance. The workday also ends early on Fridays at 3:00 PM. Employees can also take part in competitions, incentives, celebratory events, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reward trips, including destinations such as Morocco, Las Vegas, and South Africa.
Recruitment process
- Submit your CV and speak with the talent team for a confidential discussion.
- Complete an online assessment.
- Attend two interview rounds, including one on-site.
- Receive the final outcome.
Additional information
If there is no response within two weeks, the application may not have been successful because of the high number of applications received.
