As an APMM, you will contribute to priority marketing work, gain exposure across the marketing function, build a broad skill set, and learn from mentors and senior leaders. The program also includes structured learning milestones, community participation, and networking opportunities across Google.

What you may work on
You will support marketing projects that align with business goals and contribute under broader guidance. Program participation includes at least two different project assignments, along with dedicated learning and development opportunities and broad networking exposure within marketing and the wider company.
Responsibilities
- Help shape and run go-to-market plans and launch campaigns for new products or features, then track results against key performance indicators.
- Support the creation of customer acquisition programs, including strategy, messaging, collateral, and events, while measuring how well they perform.
- Assist in reviewing product and feature improvements, checking launch readiness, and communicating updates to users.
- Contribute to client-facing and executive materials such as narratives, presentations, and case studies that help build momentum with customers and agency partners.
- Carry out assigned marketing tasks for larger projects with direction from the manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Background in marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agency work, technology, or a related area gained through full-time work, internships, projects, or academic coursework.
- At least 3 years of full-time work experience is preferred.
- Interest in Google’s product ecosystem, innovation, and leadership in artificial intelligence.
- Ability to work across disciplines, industries, cultures, and ambiguous situations with agility.
- Strong analytical and investigative thinking, including the ability to develop strategy.
- Well-developed program or project management skills and clear communication skills.
