Role Overview

KK39 is hiring an Associate for its Partners & Growth team. This group sits at the crossroads of branding, partner engagement, and ecosystem relationships. It helps define how the firm is represented externally, how it interacts with GPs and LPs, and how its network and market presence develop over time.

The role suits someone who wants to work closely with a private markets team and contribute directly to how the firm grows its visibility and deepens partner relationships.

Brand, Content & Digital Presence

• Help shape core branding materials, including message consistency, content flow, and presentation formats.
• Oversee the firm’s online presence, including LinkedIn and the company website, by drafting and polishing posts, announcements, and updates that match the firm’s tone and publishing plan.
• Assist with quarterly content planning linked to important firm milestones, events, and market developments.
• Create and update decks, one-pagers, and investment collateral, turning discussion points into polished, professional materials.

Events & Ecosystem Engagement

• Assist in planning and delivering curated events.
• Handle invitation lists, RSVPs, guest coordination, and event logistics.
• Work with vendors and venues to ensure events are delivered professionally.
• Record and track post-event actions and supporting documentation.
• Keep attendee records, follow-up items, and event outcomes current and organised.
• Support event-related communications before and after each gathering, including announcements, social media updates, and recap content across KK39’s digital channels.
• Represent KK39 at hosted events, conferences, and networking functions in a polished and approachable manner.

Partner Relations Support

• Monitor and coordinate activity across GP partner relationships, making sure follow-ups, notes, and action items are completed on time.
• Research and map the GP and fund manager landscape to support relationship-building and partner development efforts.
• Maintain the partner intelligence database and CRM, ensuring that contact details, meeting records, and fund information remain accurate and current.

What the Firm Is Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a professional setting. A background in communications, marketing, or events is helpful, though the firm places strong emphasis on attitude, precision, and execution.
• Ability to write clearly and professionally, whether drafting emails, short LinkedIn updates, or structured presentations.
• Strong standards for output quality, including formatting, presentation, and documentation.
• Well organised and able to manage several workstreams at once.
• Comfortable using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools to create clean, professional materials.
• Friendly and confident in professional environments, with the ability to represent the firm effectively at events and external industry gatherings.
