About the Role
Victoria’s Secret & Co. is looking for an Associate Concept Designer to contribute to PINK’s concept development work. This role sits at the center of the seasonal concept process and helps influence the direction of upcoming product and brand ideas. The ideal candidate brings strong fashion sensibility, a sharp understanding of consumer and trend shifts, and the ability to connect emerging ideas back to the business and the PINK customer.
You’ll work with a global specialty retail brand known for innovation and excellence in lingerie and fashion, collaborating with experienced teams focused on putting customers first. Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation of seasonal concepts that stay aligned with the brand and help shape the design direction.
- Gather and interpret trend, consumer mindset, and market insights to inform and guide cross-functional partners.
- Identify major, high-volume trend opportunities that can strengthen PINK’s design point of view and brand integrity.
- Build presentation-ready documents and in-office materials that communicate seasonal concepts and research findings clearly.
- Support the evolution of new branding codes and the upkeep of existing ones across product and design work.
- Handle special projects that connect product initiatives with other business functions and follow them through the full lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven ability to work independently, stay proactive, and deliver results efficiently.
- Comfortable partnering with teams in a collaborative, hands-on environment and doing what is needed to keep work moving forward on time.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Careful and detail-oriented, with a thoughtful approach to work output.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Forward-looking fashion awareness and the ability to interpret trends through a VS/PINK lens.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $81,600 to $107,100 per year. Pay will be based on factors such as skills, experience, and location.
