Role overview
The Associate Center Manager serves as the on-ground representative of a Cultfit centre, ensuring members receive a smooth and engaging experience while also supporting revenue growth and strong day-to-day operations. The role calls for clear ownership, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to maintain an upbeat, service-oriented fitness environment.
Sales and business growth
- Take responsibility for monthly targets related to memberships, renewals, and upgrades.
- Convert walk-ins and trial visitors into members through effective consultations and follow-up.
- Handle the full membership conversion workflow, making sure portal records and documentation are complete, accurate, and consistent.
Centre operations management
- Use the required checklist system to keep daily centre operations running smoothly.
- Monitor class timetables, trainer attendance, and readiness of each session.
- Carry out everyday facility checks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand standards are maintained.
- Track essential stock such as first-aid supplies and water, and arrange replenishment in time.
- Resolve issues connected to attendance, bookings, equipment, or general facility operations.
Member experience and engagement
- Develop strong relationships with members and help create a warm, community-focused atmosphere.
- Handle escalations and support a smooth experience before, during, and after classes.
- Collect feedback from members and trainers, record it properly, and use it to improve service quality.
- Represent Cultfit at the centre and uphold the expected service standards at all times.
What success looks like
- Targets for sales and conversions are consistently achieved or exceeded.
- The centre runs in a smooth, compliant, and high-performing manner.
- Member satisfaction, retention, and NPS remain strong.
- The centre maintains a positive ambience, good audit outcomes, and operational discipline.
Qualifications and skills
A bachelor’s degree or diploma is required. Candidates should bring 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, operations, hospitality, retail, or other service-focused roles. Strong communication, customer handling, ownership, and problem-solving abilities are important. A genuine interest in fitness, wellbeing, and community building is an advantage.
