Role Overview
The Associate Analyst role within Visa Consulting & Analytics supports client work across Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia. This position is part of a consulting team that helps deliver strategic advisory support to Visa clients in those markets.
Key Responsibilities
You will support experienced consultants in client engagements and day-to-day analytical work. The role includes research, data handling, and helping turn findings into clear client-ready outputs.
- Support senior team members in delivering consulting services to important Visa clients across the assigned markets.
- Carry out desk research and work with basic quantitative data to spot early patterns and themes, with guidance as needed.
- Help prepare a presentation or discussion script based on the analysis performed.
- Work with multiple data sources, understand how the data is structured, where it comes from, and how the datasets relate to one another.
- Contribute to consulting projects by joining client interviews, reviewing confidential client data, and summarizing important insights with the team.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role. The number of in-office days will be confirmed by the hiring manager.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should bring strong communication abilities, an analytical mindset, and the flexibility to work across teams and priorities. Experience or familiarity with payments, banks, or consumer lending is considered an advantage, along with an interest in the future of payments technology.
