The company is a well-known automotive aftermarket brand across Australia and New Zealand, and it places emphasis on quality, expertise, service, achievement, and ongoing improvement.

What the business offers

  • A welcoming team culture that values safety and inclusion
  • Access to regular training and career growth opportunities
  • No late-night trading

Key responsibilities

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager to lead the team, keep operations running smoothly, and help the store deliver strong results. You will coach team members, model excellent service, and ensure customers have positive, meaningful interactions. A strong focus on safety is essential, and the role may also involve opening and closing the store.

About you

Retail or trade background is preferred, particularly experience in sales, wholesale, or workshop operations. Knowledge of mechanical or automotive parts would be an advantage. You should be flexible with your availability, hold a valid driver’s licence, and be physically able to carry out the duties of the role, including lifting heavier items. A safety-first mindset is important.
