About the role

They are now hiring an Assistant Store Manager for the Port Adelaide location, someone who brings strong energy, people leadership, and a real passion for service.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will support the smooth daily running of the store and help create an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
- Partner with the Store Manager and Optometrist to ensure customers have a seamless journey from eye test through to frame selection and dispensing.
- Run the store independently two days each week, guiding the team and helping the business meet its performance goals.
- Manage the appointment schedule carefully so customer visits stay organised, efficient, and pleasant.
- Support, train, and coach team members so consistently high service standards are delivered.
What you can expect
- OTE of up to $80,000 pro rata, made up of base pay, superannuation, monthly bonus, annual bonus, and profit bonus.

About you

Availability for a full-time Sunday to Thursday roster is required.
