Stradivarius is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its store in Oberhausen - Centro. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who can turn business strategy into measurable day-to-day store results.
What the role involves
In this position, you connect people, performance, and operating processes to keep the store running successfully. You will help lead the team, support talent development, and make sure commercial objectives are reflected in daily work on the shop floor.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to make decisions, set priorities, and move the store forward. The impact of your work should be visible in team engagement, store performance, and business numbers.
What success looks like
The role calls for someone who understands that a strong store depends on clear leadership and motivating the team effectively. You will keep an eye on sales, customer service, and team atmosphere at the same time, ensuring balanced store performance.
