Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager in the Kildare Outlet store, you will support the retail team on a permanent full-time basis. The role is centered on delivering high-end customer service, meeting commercial goals, and maintaining strong operational standards across the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help manage the store’s daily operations and ensure smooth execution.
  • Spot sales opportunities and take action to improve profitability.
  • Work toward KPI targets and aim to surpass them.
  • Coach and motivate the team through regular product and service training.
  • Support the upkeep of efficient procedures, processes, and store administration.
  • Assist with hiring and take part in probation and performance reviews.
  • Step into the Store Manager’s responsibilities when required.

Desired Profile

  • Prior experience in retail management at a comparable level.
  • Experience in premium or luxury retail is preferred, though candidates from other retail backgrounds are welcome.
  • A demonstrated history of improving business performance.
  • Experience leading a team to deliver strong customer service.
  • Good eye for presentation and strong commercial product handling skills.
  • Comfortable balancing service, operations, technical tasks, and visual standards.
  • Able to stay effective in a busy, pressurized retail setting.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and focused on achieving individual and team results.
  • Strong people leadership ability with a talent for bringing out the best in others.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
