Role Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager in the Kildare Outlet store, you will support the retail team on a permanent full-time basis. The role is centered on delivering high-end customer service, meeting commercial goals, and maintaining strong operational standards across the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Help manage the store’s daily operations and ensure smooth execution.
- Spot sales opportunities and take action to improve profitability.
- Work toward KPI targets and aim to surpass them.
- Coach and motivate the team through regular product and service training.
- Support the upkeep of efficient procedures, processes, and store administration.
- Assist with hiring and take part in probation and performance reviews.
- Step into the Store Manager’s responsibilities when required.
Desired Profile
- Prior experience in retail management at a comparable level.
- Experience in premium or luxury retail is preferred, though candidates from other retail backgrounds are welcome.
- A demonstrated history of improving business performance.
- Experience leading a team to deliver strong customer service.
- Good eye for presentation and strong commercial product handling skills.
- Comfortable balancing service, operations, technical tasks, and visual standards.
- Able to stay effective in a busy, pressurized retail setting.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and focused on achieving individual and team results.
- Strong people leadership ability with a talent for bringing out the best in others.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
