7-Eleven is seeking a full-time Retail Assistant Manager in Quesnel, British Columbia. This opportunity is designed for someone who enjoys leading alongside a management team, has prior supervisory experience, and wants to build practical leadership experience while contributing to store success. What This Role Involves
- Supporting the Store Leader in guiding store employees, including service leadership, coaching, and training.
- Helping maintain team performance by recruiting qualified candidates, developing future leaders, encouraging productivity, and supporting employee retention.
- Assisting with the rollout of merchandising and marketing initiatives.
- Managing cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
- Helping keep the store clean, safe, and well-stocked by following health and sanitation standards.

What You Need to Bring
- Prior supervisory or retail management experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus good interpersonal abilities.
- Comfort using computers, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Physical capability to bend, stand, reach repeatedly, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- A valid driver’s license and maintained automobile liability insurance during employment.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred, though not required if you have at least one year of retail management experience.

Compensation
The posted pay range for this position is $18.00 to $24.25 per hour. The company notes that the final pay offered may differ from the advertised range, and the availability of bonuses, commissions, long-term incentives, and benefits is subject to company discretion and applicable policy terms.
