Role Purpose

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will help oversee the resort's food and beverage operations, with the goal of improving guest satisfaction, supporting team performance and contributing to business outcomes. The role focuses on high service standards, a clean and safe working environment, and consistent delivery of quality food and beverage experiences.

Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with the team to maintain strong service standards, ensure brand and food & beverage procedures are followed, and help create a positive team atmosphere. The role also includes managing day-to-day employee interactions, encouraging staff to solve problems confidently, and using training and empowerment to build accountability and performance.

Qualifications

Applicants should hold a college diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline. Prior experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations is needed, along with a genuine interest in leadership and teamwork. Strong attention to detail is important for delivering operational excellence, and candidates should also have solid guest service abilities.
