Role Overview
The company is looking for an Assistant Manager for Banking and Finance to support loan and banking-related operations. The role suits someone with prior exposure to an operations team or a bank loan department, strong working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, a polished professional approach, and hands-on use of AI tools in analysis or workflow improvement.

Responsibilities
- Compile, maintain, and extract the data needed for securing bank facilities.
- Prepare updated monthly cash flow and fund flow statements in real time.
- Put together banking documents, review them carefully, and manage the execution process.
- Coordinate with valuers, lawyers, and LEI agencies engaged by the banks.
- Handle communication with sub-registrars to arrange time for registrations and release-related processes.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an operations function or in a bank loan department is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally software and MS Excel is required.
- The candidate should present themselves professionally in all interactions.
- Practical understanding and application of AI tools for analysis or workflow support is required.
- Education should be CA or MBA in Finance.
- Experience level should fall within the 3 to 5 year range.
