About the Role
Domino’s is seeking a friendly, driven Assistant Manager for its store in Alamogordo, New Mexico. This position supports the General Manager in keeping daily operations on track and maintaining the brand’s service and quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the General Manager with day-to-day store operations and the rollout of operating standards.
- Track inventory levels and count supplies as needed.
- Make sure the store and equipment stay clean and meet company expectations.
- Supervise team members and help maintain a productive work environment.
- Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee cleaning and upkeep of the store, including its equipment.
- Handle rotating commissary deliveries.
- Support with additional duties as assigned.
Who We’re Looking For
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- A dependable means of transportation to and from work is required.
- Availability to work full time is necessary.
- Prior experience in management or quick-service restaurants is an added advantage.
- The ideal person can work independently with little oversight.
- You should be able to inspire others and help build a strong, cooperative team.
