Role Summary

The Assistant Manager for the Service Delivery Unit will report to the Operations Manager and take charge of team leadership, service quality, issue resolution, and delivery excellence within the Bangalore location. This position is meant for someone with strong operational leadership experience who can manage teams, drive client satisfaction, and support business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead internal delivery teams, oversee daily service operations, and ensure that issues affecting clients are identified and resolved efficiently. The role also requires managing team conflicts, budgets, staffing levels, and cross-functional coordination to meet organizational goals.

Regular shift options include 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Real-time shift options include 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM, and 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM.

Education and Experience

A bachelor’s degree is required. The role calls for a minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
