Overview
This role focuses on enabling sales operations for PBNA by turning data into actionable business support, reporting, and execution guidance.
What you will do
- Collect, organize, and consolidate information from internal and external sources such as sales figures, market research, customer feedback shared through customer managers, and financial results.
- Study data to spot trends, patterns, and insights that can improve decision-making.
- Diagnose business issues or opportunities from available data and recommend practical solutions.
- Build, maintain, and publish reporting tools that improve efficiency and help stakeholders access clear, usable information.
- Present findings to teams and leaders through reports, presentations, dashboards, and other visual formats.
- Support strategic and operational decisions by providing timely analysis and recommendations.
- Create visually effective PowerPoint content that communicates key metrics, insights, and action plans.
- Work with business teams on analysis and reporting for upcoming launches and push weeks.
- Develop reporting tools that help markets and key accounts execute initiatives more effectively.
- Support forecasts and follow the required submission and revision process.
- Share post-initiative analysis to capture learnings that can improve future programs.
- Attend division and sector meetings, document updates, and capture follow-up questions and feedback.
- Track business trends, market conditions, customer changes, competitive activity, and category history to improve forecast recommendations and identify risks in customer builds.
- Investigate root causes of issues and work to remove them internally.
- Find practical ways to address operational concerns and improve account health.
- Support supply chain and account operations, including ordering and receiving issues, short pays, product image maintenance, master item files, new item setup, catalog additions, pricing, system troubleshooting, scanning and delivery issues, payment processing, service tickets, EDI, collaborative ordering, field team support, OOS tracking, cooler pickup, and new store setup.
- Help manage selling initiatives, product pushes, SLIC activation, and related operational activities.
- Conduct bi-annual training on STIBO and cost change processes.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics and sales, ideally within a consumer packaged goods environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, marketing, or finance; a master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in an FMCG company is preferred.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret delivery performance across multiple reports, work with prior-year and forecast data, and support budget, invoice, and spend tracking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to ask detailed questions and extract the right information for reporting.
- Good time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize work and operate independently.
- Comfort with business systems and tools such as Excel, Power BI, ERT, Business Objects, and SAP/ERP, plus a willingness to learn new internal platforms quickly.
- Strong change management traits, including follow-up, follow-through, accountability, and urgency.
- Ability to think of better ways to approach tasks and develop efficient solutions.
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to take direction, convert it into action, and respond well to coaching and feedback.

Additional information
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Employment type: full-time, onsite. The role requires strong execution focus, collaboration across Finance, Retail, Revenue Growth Management, and other cross-functional teams, and an ability to balance speed with quality. The job also calls for bilingual communication capability (L07 – Bilingual) and comfort managing several responsibilities simultaneously under tight deadlines.
