Job description
Role Overview
This position sits within the quality assurance and sales governance function in Singapore. The role focuses on improving how sales advisory, supervision, validation, and capability development processes are managed through better systems, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Process & System Automation
- Spearhead the creation, automation, and continuous upkeep of systems and workflows that support sales governance.
- Use digital solutions to raise efficiency, clarity, and traceability across sales governance work, including sales advisory, supervision and validation, as well as the ongoing development of sales representatives and supervisors.
- Work closely with Sales, Risk, Compliance, Training, and Technology teams to keep execution aligned and effective.
Sales Advisory Process
- Build and oversee the full sales advisory process, covering needs assessment, product suitability, disclosures, and documentation.
- Make sure advisory standards are applied consistently across all sales channels through the sales advisory tool.
Sales Supervision & Validation
- Assist in developing supervision and validation frameworks, including quality checks and post-sale review activities.
- Track and evaluate sales conduct patterns to surface process gaps and support continuous enhancement.
Coaching & Sales Capability
- Help automate governance standards for coaching, performance management, and the continuing development of sales representatives and supervisors.
- Introduce structured coaching frameworks and measure their impact using defined metrics and tooling as part of tool development.
