Job description
Role overview
The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in keeping store operations on track and ensuring day-to-day standards are carried out consistently. The role also includes hands-on restaurant work, such as pizza preparation and order delivery, along with handling administrative and closing duties when the General Manager or store owner is unavailable.
Key duties
- Assist the General Manager with running the store and enforcing operating procedures.
- Help prepare pizzas and other store items as needed.
- Deliver customer orders to the assigned locations.
- Take care of nightly deposit drop-offs.
- Complete required paperwork when senior management is not present.
Requirements
- Prior experience working as an assistant manager in a food service establishment is required.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
