About the Role

CTR Manufacturing Industries Ltd. is a leading technology-driven company specializing in the manufacturing, marketing, and servicing of diverse engineering products. With state-of-the-art R&D and ISO-certified manufacturing facilities in Pune, Aurangabad, and Nashik, we are committed to delivering futuristic technological solutions. We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our marketing team, reporting to the Divisional Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development initiatives within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Manage the tendering process for various projects.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with government utilities and consultants.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual marketing budgets.
  • Achieve sales targets for the designated territory.
  • Stay updated on market trends and product advancements.
  • Travel extensively to support sales and business development activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development and Sales, specifically within the B2B marketing of High/Medium Voltage electrical products.
  • Strong understanding of the electrical capital goods market, with a preference for experience with Transformers, Switchgear, or Substation Equipment.
  • Well-established network within EPC companies and Government Utilities.
  • Excellent techno-commercial skills, including negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Willingness to relocate to Mumbai, Pune, or Vadodara.
  • Readiness for extensive travel.

Additional Information

This position is based in Mumbai or Vadodara. The role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of market dynamics and a strong ability to build client relationships.
