This role is based at Store 6002136, 595 Mapleton Rd, Moncton, New Brunswick E1G 2K5.

Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in running day-to-day store activities, helping ensure smooth operations and a consistently strong customer experience.

Key Duties

Your work will include supporting hiring efforts, guiding and supervising team members, coordinating daily work, handling paperwork, preparing bank deposits, and keeping merchandise organized and well presented. You will also help maintain high service standards and deliver quick, friendly support to customers.

What You Bring

The position calls for strong customer service, the ability to plan and organize, clear communication of ideas and plans, cash-handling and bookkeeping capability, problem-solving skills, and an empathetic, safety-conscious approach. A valid driver’s license is also required.

Preferred Background

It is an advantage to have retail experience, prior leadership or management experience, and a solid customer service background. A positive attitude, interest in career growth, and willingness to learn and enjoy the work are also valued.
