Role Overview

An opportunity is available for an Assistant Manager, F&B Marketing to join Jumeirah Beach Hotel. This role focuses on giving life to the hotel’s dining concepts through marketing and communication activity that increases awareness, attracts guests, and supports commercial results.

What You Will Do

  • Help plan and deliver integrated marketing and communication initiatives for the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, ensuring each restaurant and concept is positioned to drive interest, visibility, and business performance.
  • Develop engaging content for digital channels and social media that strengthens brand presence and encourages guest interest in the hotel’s dining experiences.
  • Assist with multi-channel campaigns, activations, and partnerships that build awareness and support demand across F&B venues.
  • Support PR, media outreach, and event activity while coordinating closely with the PR Manager to maintain strong storytelling and clear positioning for the dining portfolio.
  • Track digital results and contribute to optimisation efforts that improve engagement, outlet traffic, and overall visibility.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure marketing plans are delivered smoothly, remain aligned to the brand, and contribute to guest attraction and revenue.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings solid marketing experience, preferably from luxury hospitality, restaurants, lifestyle brands, or other premium consumer settings. You should be confident supporting integrated campaigns, activations, partnerships, and outlet-level marketing work. Strong coordination skills are essential, along with the ability to manage several stakeholders, deadlines, and campaign deliverables at once. A good understanding of luxury standards, guest expectations, and how marketing influences restaurant visibility is important, as is the commercial awareness to connect marketing activity with guest engagement, demand generation, and F&B performance.
