About the Role
This position is focused on managing factory-level HR and industrial relations activities, with accountability for supporting multiple departments and strengthening people processes at the plant.
Key Focus Areas
The role involves maintaining balanced and sustainable industrial relations, handling HR operations at the factory, and driving HR initiatives that improve effectiveness across the site.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations within the factory environment.
- Help build and maintain fair, stable, and long-term industrial relations practices.
- Work independently with different departments to resolve HR-related needs and ensure smooth coordination.
- Implement, sustain, and improve HRM interventions at the plant.
- Manage union-related matters and contribute to effective employee relations.
Requirements
- MBA or PGDM in PM & IR or HR.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in factory HR operations.
- Prior exposure to union management is required.
- Strong command of Tamil is highly preferred.
