Job description

Role Overview

This position supports the Front Office and Assistant Front Office Manager in running the guest services function as an efficient, revenue-conscious unit. The aim is to deliver a high level of guest satisfaction by planning, coordinating, guiding, and monitoring concierge operations and related administration.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves helping manage day-to-day guest service activities, keeping concierge operations organized, and ensuring the team contributes to smooth service delivery and strong guest experience outcomes.

Qualifications

A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred. Candidates should bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar position such as Assistant Manager - Concierge or Guest Service Manager. Strong problem-solving ability, along with well-developed organizational and interpersonal skills, is essential.
