Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing station store operations
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding staff
- Supervise employees and help coordinate daily tasks
- Handle bookkeeping duties and merchandising activities
- Maintain service quality and a high standard of customer care
- Contribute to the store’s food program execution
- Demonstrate dependable on-site attendance
- Set a positive example through professionalism, urgency, and leadership
Requirements
- Ability to lead both employees and management-level team members

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Must be able to lift or carry up to 30 pounds from the ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes during a shift
- May occasionally need to lift or carry up to 60 pounds from the ground to waist level
- Must be able to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force
- Must be able to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift
- Must be able to grasp, reach, and handle objects with the hands; the role may also involve ladder use to store or retrieve materials and place or remove signs
