Role overview

This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of a residential and hospitality complex in Riyadh. The role covers overall management of operations, including upkeep, cleaning, and furnishing-related services, while ensuring the property remains fully ready for residents and visitors at all times.

Key responsibilities

The selected candidate will create operational plans, oversee their execution, and make sure all services run efficiently and consistently. A major part of the job is to keep the complex functioning smoothly, maintain the property and facilities, and ensure service standards remain high.

The role also involves coordinating resident and visitor support, handling requests promptly, and working toward the complex’s operational, financial, and investment targets. In addition, the manager will track performance across operational, financial, and administrative areas, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements to strengthen service delivery and overall results.

Qualifications and experience

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. The role calls for 7 to 10 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or facilities management.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service abilities are essential. Prior experience managing housekeeping, maintenance, and daily operational activities is also required. Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Office, and experience with property or hospitality management systems will be considered an advantage.

Strong organizational ability, problem-solving skills, and reporting capability are important for success in this position.
