Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Uphold Nando's brand values and ensure a consistent customer journey across all service channels.
• Drive the development of team members, identifying and nurturing future leaders.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
• Manage staff performance, providing coaching and support to foster a positive work environment.
• Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant leadership team.
