About the Role
IPOS International is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Assistant Director of Human Resources to join our dynamic HR team. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Head of HR and be instrumental in spearheading key initiatives across several critical HR functions. You will collaborate closely with department leaders, fellow HR professionals, and senior management to enhance organizational capabilities, cultivate a positive and engaging workplace culture, and ensure that people strategies are closely aligned with overarching business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Spearhead the entire recruitment process, ensuring timely hires and developing robust, forward-thinking talent pipelines to meet the organization's evolving needs.
- Design and implement innovative employer branding strategies to elevate the organization's standing as a preferred employer.
- Oversee the performance management cycle, including appraisals and ranking processes, to guarantee a fair, consistent, and effective system that supports performance differentiation and employee growth.
- Lead talent management and leadership development programs, in conjunction with IPOS Group, to foster a strong talent pool and bolster organizational capacity.
- Partner with IPOS Group to create and deliver training programs, competency frameworks, and capability-building initiatives aimed at developing future-ready skills throughout the organization.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and collaborate with various departments on implementing follow-up actions to enhance workplace culture, employee experience, and overall engagement levels.
- Assist the IPOS Group with compensation review processes to ensure market competitiveness and adherence to organizational policies.
