Role overview
An international project team in the United Arab Emirates is looking for an Asset Integrity Manager to lead integrity, reliability, and safety efforts across critical assets and infrastructure.
What you will do
- Create and roll out strategies and programs that strengthen asset integrity management.
- Protect the reliability, safety, and overall performance of important equipment and infrastructure.
- Direct risk-based inspection (RBI), corrosion control, and integrity assessment work.
- Track asset condition and build preventive maintenance and inspection schedules.
- Review performance information and suggest corrective measures and process improvements.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, maintenance, and HSE teams.
- Make sure activities align with applicable standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Contribute to asset lifecycle planning and long-term reliability initiatives.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
- Hands-on experience in asset integrity, reliability engineering, inspection, or maintenance management.
- Working knowledge of RBI, corrosion management, fitness-for-service evaluations, and integrity management systems.
- Exposure to global standards and codes such as API, ASME, ISO, and NACE.
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Background in oil & gas, petrochemicals, energy, or industrial environments is strongly preferred.
