About the Role
This position is for an Art Director who can lead visual communication work from start to finish. The role centers on shaping publication design, brand identity, social content, and integrated campaign outputs that influence public perception and support meaningful social causes.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide art direction and visual storytelling across graphic design projects and integrated campaigns.
- Independently create polished, high-quality design work that meets strategic and creative expectations.
- Study briefs carefully and translate them into thoughtful, strategy-led creative solutions.
- Partner with the Creative Director, fellow creatives, and project managers to produce clear, effective, and imaginative communication materials.
- Oversee production workflows such as photo shoots, video shoots, print execution, and final artwork checks while protecting quality and creative consistency.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in an advertising or design communications agency.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates concept-led, art-driven work such as publication design, brand identity, social media content, and below-the-line campaigns.
- Experience with government or public service campaigns will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work proactively as a team player and collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- A relevant degree is beneficial, though it is not mandatory.
