About the Role

In this position, you will oversee an established territory across Munster, managing relationships with important retail partners while helping to grow revenue and profitability. You will contribute to sales planning, strengthen customer relationships, and identify fresh business opportunities that increase market share.

This role suits a commercially strong sales professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and expand a portfolio of major customers throughout the Munster region.
  • Create and implement sales plans designed to improve revenue each year.
  • Define and track performance goals for stores and account portfolios.
  • Spot and develop new opportunities that broaden the company’s commercial presence.
  • Establish dependable, long-term relationships with retail partners and other key contacts.
  • Guide and support team members to improve performance and share best practice.
  • Keep an eye on market movements and competitor activity to maintain a strong commercial position.
  • Provide excellent customer service in line with the organisation’s values.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience in field sales, account management, or territory management. A strong history of exceeding sales targets is essential, along with excellent negotiation, communication, and commercial judgement. You should be self-driven, comfortable working independently, and able to manage several relationships at once. A full clean driver’s licence is required. Experience with CRM or sales management tools would be beneficial.

Why Join

You will become part of a high-performing sales team within a growing global business that places value on initiative, collaboration, and integrity.
