Role Overview
The Architectural Technologist will support the creation of technical information and project documentation across all stages of delivery, with a focus on Revit-based production and coordination.
Key Duties
- Develop technical drawings, BIM models, and construction documentation in Revit.
- Prepare documentation for planning, tendering, and construction phases.
- Produce detailed technical information and help coordinate project data.
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Keep project records and documentation organised throughout the full lifecycle of each project.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of experience in an Architectural Technologist role, along with strong Revit capability, familiarity with Irish Building Regulations, and practical knowledge of construction detailing. Experience creating planning, tender, and construction-stage packages is essential, as is exposure to site work during the construction phase. The role also calls for excellent organisation, clear communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range is €45,000 to €60,000 depending on experience.
