Role Overview
A family based in Dubai is looking for a travel-oriented nanny and childcare educator to support a young child during frequent trips across Dubai, Turkey, Azerbaijan, and multiple European destinations. The role follows a rota pattern of one month working and one month off. Compensation will be competitive and finalized according to the candidate’s background and experience.
About the Family
The parents have demanding schedules, so this person will take an important part in the child’s day-to-day care, learning, and overall growth while traveling with the family on a regular basis.

Key Duties
- Provide full-time childcare support
- Plan and lead developmental and educational activities
- Build interesting daily routines for the child
- Keep the child safe, engaged, and well entertained throughout the day
Requirements
- Confirmed childcare experience with references that can be checked
- Must be able and willing to travel internationally on a frequent basis
- Professional Arabic fluency, as the child will be taught Arabic as part of daily learning
Schedule and Travel
The position involves regular travel between Dubai, Azerbaijan, Turkey, and several countries in Europe. The working arrangement is a rota schedule of one month on duty followed by one month off.
Compensation
Pay is competitive and will be discussed with the selected candidate based on experience.
