Job description
Role overview
ERA Group is looking for a highly organised and proactive Appointment Setter to join its Talent Acquisition team. The position is centered on finding potential franchise candidates, building early engagement, arranging meetings, and keeping candidate data current across several territories.
Key responsibilities
- Research and connect with prospective franchise candidates using LinkedIn and similar channels.
- Source, screen, and qualify leads for the Talent Acquisition function.
- Coordinate introductory calls and appointment schedules.
- Track and manage candidate activity across different territories.
- Keep CRM records accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Carry out follow-ups by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Assist with recruitment marketing and talent attraction efforts.
Requirements
- Background in appointment setting, recruitment, sales support, or lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and outreach.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with good relationship-building ability.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools.
- Well-developed organisational skills and a strong eye for detail.
- Comfortable managing several priorities at once.
