Job Description
We are looking for a highly analytical and curious Insights & Strategy Intern to join our Analytics team. This position is perfect for an emerging professional interested in data analytics, media, advertising, consumer behavior, and sales strategy. The intern will collaborate closely with the analytics and strategy teams to extract insights from extensive datasets, identify emerging trends, and present findings in a compelling manner to support business growth. The role emphasizes connecting data to practical recommendations for clients, prospects, and internal teams, going beyond simple metric reporting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of demographic data, consumer segments, media consumption patterns, and industry trends.
- Develop reports, visualizations, and presentations that clearly communicate complex information.
- Assist in creating custom audience insights for client presentations and sales initiatives.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all reporting efforts.
- Research industry trends in sectors like Automotive, QSR, CPG, Retail, and Entertainment to pinpoint promising audience segments and advertiser opportunities.
- Contribute to strategic recommendations that align company solutions with client business objectives.
- Transform data findings into clear, actionable business insights.
- Formulate recommendations to help position company solutions effectively against business challenges.
- Support the creation of insight-driven narratives for sales materials, including one-sheets, case studies, and thought leadership content.
- Identify opportunities to link consumer trends with advertiser goals.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- A strong analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret data and discern trends.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- The capacity to present data in a narrative format, rather than just presenting raw numbers.
- A curious, proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn.
