Job overview
We are hiring an experienced AMS / HSIO Test Engineer who has practical experience in high-speed interface validation and ATE testing. This role involves working on Advantest V93K test platforms and supporting semiconductor test activities across one or more interface or analog/mixed-signal modules.
Technical areas
Experience in at least one of the following areas is expected, with DDR being the preferred background:
- DDR
- Display
- USB
- PCIe
- PLL
- IOSPEC
Key responsibilities
- Create, troubleshoot, and maintain test programs for the Advantest V93K platform.
- Run silicon validation and characterization for AMS / HSIO modules.
- Investigate test issues and contribute to yield enhancement efforts.
- Partner with design, validation, and product engineering teams to resolve technical problems.
- Assist with production ramp-up and manufacturing test support.
Requirements
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Hands-on working knowledge of the Advantest V93K tester is mandatory.
- Applicants should have experience in at least one HSIO area such as DDR, PCIe, USB, Display, PLL, or IOSPEC.
- Prior exposure to semiconductor testing or validation environments is expected.
- Strong analytical thinking and debugging ability are essential.
Preferred experience
- Prior DDR testing experience.
- Background in AMS or mixed-signal validation.
- Knowledge of automation or scripting would be an advantage.
