Job Overview
Omnicom Global Solutions is hiring a Programmatic Advertising Specialist in Bengaluru for Amazon DSP and DV360 campaign management. This role is focused on planning, launching, improving, and reporting on programmatic advertising initiatives across digital channels, with an emphasis on eCommerce performance and business growth.
Work Location and Shift
The position is based in Bangalore and follows a night schedule from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
Role Summary
The selected candidate will manage end-to-end programmatic advertising activities, including media planning, audience strategy, campaign execution, optimization, and reporting. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results and remain aligned with commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and fine-tune programmatic campaigns across Amazon DSP and DV360.
- Build audience strategies, media plans, and campaign structures that support business goals.
- Track campaign health, interpret performance metrics, and apply optimization tactics to lift return on investment.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to understand objectives and translate them into effective campaign execution.
- Use first-party and third-party audience data to create precise segmentation and targeting approaches.
- Prepare campaign reports and present clear, actionable insights from performance data.
- Keep campaigns within budget while maintaining required delivery and performance standards.
- Stay informed about industry developments, platform enhancements, and evolving best practices in programmatic and eCommerce marketing.
- Work with Analytics, Creative, Media Planning, and Account Management teams to support integrated campaign delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in programmatic advertising.
- Practical, hands-on experience with Amazon DSP and Google DV360.
- Strong knowledge of the programmatic landscape, RTB, audience targeting, and attribution methods.
- Exposure to eCommerce clients or brands.
- Solid analytical ability and reporting proficiency.
- Experience in campaign optimization, performance marketing, and digital media planning.
- Comfort using Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with stakeholder management capability.
Preferred Background
- Experience working with retail media networks and eCommerce marketplaces.
- Familiarity with ad verification, measurement, and attribution solutions.
- Certifications related to DV360, Google Marketing Platform, or similar digital advertising tools are an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
- Analytical, data-led, and comfortable solving problems independently.
- Able to manage multiple campaigns at the same time.
