Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow for an AM Reservation professional. The role centers on handling day-to-day reservation activities, supporting customers with bookings, maintaining accuracy and speed in reservations, identifying opportunities to increase sales through upselling, and upholding high guest service standards. It may also require coordination with other teams to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment with company policies and hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Handle everyday reservation tasks and ensure booking requests are processed correctly.
  • Support guests and customers with reservation-related queries and bookings.
  • Maintain accuracy and timeliness in all reservation entries and updates.
  • Look for upselling opportunities that can improve revenue and guest experience.
  • Deliver service that meets strong hospitality and guest care expectations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to keep operations coordinated and compliant with brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Good working knowledge of reservation processes and booking systems.
  • Strong spoken and written communication ability.
  • Solid customer service orientation with a focus on smooth guest support.
  • Sales awareness with the ability to promote upgrades and value-added options.
  • Prior experience in training or supporting team members is an added advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a similar discipline is preferred.
  • Understanding of hospitality systems and industry practices is beneficial.
