Role Overview
Minor Hotels is a global hotel owner, operator, and investor with a portfolio of more than 530 properties across 50+ countries in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, and South America. Its brands include Anantara, Avani, Elewana, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow, and Tivoli.
This position is based at Al Najada Doha Hotel By Tivoli in Doha, Qatar. The Airport Representative acts as the first point of contact for arriving and departing guests, making sure transfers between the airport and the property run smoothly. The role focuses on guest welcome, transport coordination, and delivering a polished service experience from the moment travelers arrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests at the airport, assist with baggage handling, and organize transport arrangements.
- Coordinate arrival and departure details with the hotel front office or transport team.
- Make sure guest pick-ups and drop-offs happen accurately and on time.
- Track flight updates and promptly share delays or schedule changes with the relevant teams.
- Support guests with check-in and check-out steps whenever needed.
- Respond to guest questions, share information about the property and the surrounding area, and create a positive first impression.
- Liaise with drivers, travel agencies, and other service partners to keep airport transfers running efficiently.
- Keep clear records of guest arrivals, departures, and transportation requests.
- Address guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner and escalate them to management without delay.
- Consistently present and promote the hotel or company brand in a professional way.
Qualifications and Experience
The preferred background for this role includes a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, tourism, or the airline sector.

- Good planning, coordination, and organizational ability.
- A guest-focused mindset with a neat and professional presentation.
- Strong command of English; knowledge of other languages is beneficial.
