Role overview

The position is a full-time, on-site role based in Changi, East Region, Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare operational reports such as manifests, load discrepancy records, hold lists, and warehouse reports, then share them with the relevant internal teams.
- Enter paperwork data accurately and upload volume shipment information into UPS systems for tracking purposes.
- Monitor incoming email communication, handle inbound package issues, and follow up on any mismatches or irregularities.
- Manage unresolved packages outside the office, including address amendments and exception handling.
Requirements
- A diploma, or an equivalent qualification, in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- About 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics data handling, or in the logistics/aviation sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, along with good interpersonal abilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts such as 11pm to 9am, 10pm to 8am, or 9pm to 7am.
- Willingness to work overtime and on public holidays when operational needs require it.
