Job description

Job Summary

This role sits within the Operations function for the Saudi Ministry of Interior contract and is based in Riyadh. The position reports to the C295 MRO Manager and supports the Maintenance Department in delivering aircraft maintenance services for the subsidiary.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a team member to carry out both planned and unplanned maintenance on the PSS C295 fleet in a customer-service setting.
  • Independently or collaboratively complete aircraft maintenance, repair, inspection, and quality verification tasks, along with the required records, following company and customer procedures.
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the Team or Shift Leader and ensure work is finished on time while meeting ASL Maintenance Organization quality standards.
  • Confirm that aircraft status, including scheduled work and deferred items, is kept current, the aircraft remains in a serviceable condition, and the Release to Service is signed when relevant.
  • Make sure all work completed is properly logged on the correct forms and signed progressively as required.
  • Use and control aircraft parts and materials appropriately.
  • Before any maintenance begins, inspect tools and ground support equipment for condition and expiry date, and ensure they are used correctly.
  • Before maintenance starts, check components and parts for damage, leaks, and other condition issues, and verify that the documentation applies correctly.
  • Follow company requirements, regulatory standards, and health and safety rules at all times.

Key Competencies

The role requires strong technical English at negotiation level, solid problem-solving and decision-making ability, teamwork, adaptability across different environments, and a consistently high focus on quality, reliability, and safety.

Qualifications

A valid FAA or EASA Part-66 B1/B2 aircraft maintenance license is required; ICAO licenses may also be accepted. Candidates should also have completed C-295 aircraft maintenance type training through an approved Part 147 provider.

Experience

Applicants must have more than 2 years of C-295 aircraft maintenance experience within the last 6 years and at least 3 years of aeronautical experience overall.
